The job involved installing a roofing system using CertainTeed materials. We applied WinterGuard Ice, Water Shield and RoofRunner Synthetic Underlayment for moisture protection. A Drip Edge F8 was secured, followed by the SwiftStart Starter Strip and Landmark Pro Shingles. We installed Ridge Vents CT 12" with filter for ventilation and finished with Shadow Ridge Hip and Ridge Shingles. Gaps were sealed with Mortar Caulking Grey, and a Lead Roll 12"x25' was added for edge protection.
